New carriers interested in hauling loads for us can download our Broker Packet from the buttons below, print the contract from the button below, sign all areas needing a signature, and fax it to the office at 1-614-777-4363 or email it to dispatch@stovertransportation.com along with the following items:

• Insurance Certificate
  
• W-9 (Rev. December 2014)
  
• Certificate of Authority and DOT#
  
• BWC Certificate
  
• References
  

Carrier Requirements:

• Must have a "Satisfactory" safety rating
  
• Three (3) verifiable credit references
  
• In business as a carrier no less than two (2) years
  
• $100,000 in cargo insurance
  
• $1,000,000 in liability insurance
  

• Stover Transportation, Inc. / RJS Express reference checks all carriers that haul for us.
  
  • We verify their standing with their insurers as well as the Department of Transportation -  Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
    

• We communicate with the driver regularly to provide our customers with the most current and accurate information, directly from the individual hauling your load.
  

• We broker lanes outside of the 300mi operating radius of company vehicles to offer our customers coast-to-coast coverage of the Lower 48.
  

• We focus on brokering the transportation of bulk food-grade materials and general consumer commodities with clean, dry, odor-free trailers.
  

• We make every effort to broker loads that are palletized and no-touch to the driver.
